The service was exceptional, going above and beyond by taking care of a stray cat and its kittens, offering warm shelter and food. The staff, from cleaners to waiters and receptionists, were excellent, kind, and incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, especially for after-skiing activities, allowing you to explore more of Bulgaria. The dining experience was perfect, offering a great variety of options in the main restaurant. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything you could ask for. All in all, a fantastic experience worth every penny!
